• HyperContent is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps businesses and individuals create SEO-optimized blog articles.
• The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Changes will be communicated to users via email or notifications within the platform.

2. Using the Service

• Using HyperContent requires registration. During registration, users must provide a valid email address and password.
• The service operates on a subscription basis, with various plans available for users.
• Subscription fees are billed by the Service Provider for predetermined periods (e.g., monthly, annually).

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is processed through Stripe and depends on the subscription plan selected by the user.
• The system automatically renews the subscription unless the user cancels at least 24 hours before the subscription expires.
• Refunds are only possible in special cases (e.g., technical errors, double charging).

4. User Account and Data Management

• Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date.
• Users have full responsibility for protecting their account, particularly their password.
• The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access.

5. Content and Copyright

• Content generated by HyperContent belongs to the user and may be used freely.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that content they publish does not infringe copyright or laws.
• The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with prior notice.
